Yes, you can create a wishlist and save products for later purchase. Simply click the “Add to Wishlist” button on any product page.
Product availability is indicated on the product page. If a product is in stock, you will see a “Add to Cart” button. If it’s out of stock, you may see a notification or the option to be notified when it’s back in stock.
Yes, you can make purchases as a guest without creating an account. However, creating an account allows you to save your shipping information, track your orders, and access exclusive offers.

We’re an online-only retailer. This means that we don’t have any physical stores. 

If you have questions about a product, we’re here to help. You can contact us by submitting a request below. 

All of our packages are blank. Whether its a brown cardboard box, or a standard plastic mailer.

All orders are shipped from two locations within New Zealand. We do not drop-ship from overseas. 

Every quarter, we donate 10% of our profits to local and national LGBTQ+ charities and fundraisers.

Payment Information

We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and bank transfers, including pay later services AfterPay and Zip.

Yes, your payment information is secure. We use SSL encryption and Stripe Payments to protect your data.

Yes, you can apply a coupon code during the checkout process. Simply enter the code in the designated field.
If your payment fails, you will be notified and given the option to try again or choose a different payment method. Please ensure that your payment information is correct and that you have sufficient funds in your account.
Order Returns

Returns must be made within 30 days of the invoice date. Returns sent after this timeframe or without a completed returns from may be sent back at your expense.

Please note that online orders can not be returned in-person.

To return your item:

  1. Reply to your order confirmation email with the reason for returning
  2. Wait until we have confirmed acceptance of the return.
  3. Package your items securely and deliver to the address below by tracked courier.

All products must be returned in original resellable condition.

We don’t accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Printed Clothing Items
  • Printed Tote Bags
  • Printed Drinkware & Tags
  • Printed Phone Cases & Grips
  • Custom Products

If you’ve recieved a faulty or incorrect item, please email [email protected]. We’ll arrange the return and cover the shipping costs.

Under the Consumer Guarantees Act, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or store credit if a product is faulty or not as described.

You are responsible for covering the cost of returning the goods to us. But if you’re exchanging something we’ll pay for the shipping the new item to you.

Returns are typically processed within 1 week of receiving your parcel and the team will email you once your return has been completed.
